Hi Tattva Wellness Spa, Iโd like to share feedback about my recent experience: I made a booking over the phone for today at 2:30pm. On arrival, the receptionist, Mr.Badal , said there was no booking under my name. I had a call recording of the conversation. After listening, he acknowledged there was an issue with hearing the booking details and now all the slots are booked so he canโt help. I suggest , Please double-check bookings received over calls and ensure the reception team confirms details clearly to avoid similar situations.
